We are leaving a very long and very dry summer behind us, but after the heavy rains of the last few days alternating with flashes of sunshine, the woods of Tenuta de Paoli are coming back to life and give us hope that the first mushrooms will soon appear: drumsticks, chanterelles, porcini, ovules and more.
